Mike is an accomplished hockey coach with decades of playing and coaching experience with youth hockey players in the Chicagoland area. He has served as a Head Coach for multiple organizations and has a consistent track record of building winning teams, developing hockey players across all age groups, and teaching leadership principles among his student athletes. Most recently Mike served as Head Coach of the Chicago Hawks Central States PeeWee and Bantam Teams (2020-present). Prior to that, Mike served as the Head Coach for the Orland Park Vikings Program (from 2012-2020) from Squirt Level to Bantam Level. During his tenure with these programs, Mike won two division championships, a NIHL Championship, A State Championship, and twelve tournament championships. Mike also provides private coaching instruction to players across the Chicago areas across all age groups, including high school athletes, as high as AAA and Major Junior Levels.
